Having kids and a dog, the customer needed a quiet space to make radio programs. He was currently using a very small room – that was no longer fit for purpose. Even though, it’s only a few steps away from the house and the room is only 2.4 by 3.6 meters, it provides ample space and peace for a home recording studio and somewhere to chill out, watch film, listen to music and play video games. Whether the kids will allow that is another story, the youngest told me, ‘Daddy thinks the rooms for him but, me and my sister are going to use it for dancing’.
